Kingussie flat
Our Kingussie flat is a holiday apartment that we rebuilt from scratch in the shell of a Victorian house in 2019. It is huge. All the rooms are large and has the feel of a house not flat. With environmentally friendly central heating, new carpets, large fitted kitchen and sparkling new bathroom you are sure to have a comfortable stay.
The self-catering apartment is conveniently located in the small Highland town of Kingussie. It is situated above our Chapel House Arts/ Fused and Light gallery with shops, cafes and pubs nearby. Kingussie is a Highland town in the Cairngorms National park, renowned for its wildlife and scenery. You can also take part in a huge range of outdoor activities. But we are also located close to the physical centre of Scotland, so you can reach Loch Ness or the dolphins at Cromarty coast easily.
The holiday apartment is on two floors. The ground floor just has a utility, toilet and storage. Upstairs is the main living space and comprises two large bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is also a large open plan kitchen/dining/ living space, family bathroom and an additional small sitting room. We are experienced hosts so have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is no access to the garden as it is a work in progress. However, if you bring pets the Church of Scotland next door has a lovely churchyard and there is space downstairs for a large dog crate.
The apartment is energy efficient with a C rating for energy usage and B for environmental impact, both well above average. STL license number HI-70530-F.
