If you pay through our website some of this information will be processed by Freetobook and PayPal.  Freetobook is booking software used by accommodation providers to enable their customers to make online bookings and manage their bookings. This information will not be retained for more than 7 years, the maximum requirement for tax purposes. Electronic information will generally be stored for less time. You may request details of any information we hold on you, and to inform us if any information is incorrect.
